This full-day workshop will immerse young performers in theatrical activities inspired by the recent film adaptation of this beloved musical. Date: Wednesday 19th February 2025 Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm Ages: 8-16 years Throughout the day, participants will: Learn theatrical techniques and stagecraft Explore character development and storytelling Work on movement and basic choreography Participate in engaging acting exercises Learn selected musical numbers from the show Students should bring: Comfortable clothes for movement Water bottle Packed lunch Special Performance: Parents and guardians are invited to return at 2:40pm for a short sharing session where students will present highlights from their day of theatrical exploration. No prior performance experience necessary - just bring enthusiasm and creativity! All abilities welcome.
